When I started my review of DXwatches.net I really thought this can be a good site. It looks professional, it's not overloaded with unuseful information and the most important thing… they honestly admit they reply to emails in two days, which is a plus. But by the time I ended doing business with them, I realized what the bad part about this site is… their copy watches.
Quality: Are These Watches Any Good?
Unfortunately no, their copy watches are really awful. I received a broken Cartier watch with half of the strap missing. Although the watch wasn't so expensive, for $88 I expected at least a decent replica, not something I can't even wear.
The Site: Usability and Design
Like I said before, the site looks pretty good. Of course there are some issues, but hey…nobody's perfect. What concerns me the most is the fact that they have the PayPal icon at the bottom of the page but they actually don't accept this payment method.
Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?
Actually, I think this is the only good part about this site. The customer support guy was very kind and helpful and sincerely apologized for the mess. He was willing to send me another bracelet for the watch but that was going to take almost three weeks and I wasn't willing to wait. So I decided to send the Cartier watch back and wait for a refund.
Shipping: Is It Fast and Reliable?
My package was shipped with Hong Kong Airmail and I received it in 12 days. I would say it's a pretty long time considering what other replica sites are offering.
Return Policy: Is It Reasonable
They didn't charge me any restocking fee but I think that was because I received a damaged watch in the first place. They confirmed they received my return so now I just have to wait a few more days… 14 actually.
The Bottom Line
I would say this is a mediocre site. I wouldn't buy from them a Panerai replica for example, although I was impressed by their customer support. But sometimes that's just not enough.
